This webinar will be part of a two part series that provides an overview for level-of-care staff on how psychotropic medications work. This is the first part which will cover details on medications and how they work with the body and disease states. Medication classes including antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, and benzdiazepines will be detailed. Introductory information on will be provided to expose level-of-care staff to how these medications work and the types of disease states in which the medications can provide relief.
