Social Workers

As a Jointly Accredited Organization, the APA is approved to offer social work continuing education through the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. ***Important CE Disclaimer***

Continuing education requirements vary by state and profession. Many state boards grant reciprocity with national accrediting organizations; however, it is the responsibility of each participant to understand their jurisdiction’s requirements for license renewal.

Psychologists and social workers should contact their licensing or regulatory board to determine whether a particular activity meets their CE criteria.
